Ray Jarosz

Ray Jarosz grew up in New York's Hudson Valley and is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame. Fulfilling a childhood dream, Ray moved to Las Vegas in 2019, where he is a YouTuber, hiker and recreational athlete.

A subject matter expert within the world of large-scale voter outreach, signature gathering and paid canvass strategy, Ray has done political field work in nearly two dozen states over the past ten years, and founded The Grunt Work in January of 2023.

While working on the Bernie Sanders 2020 presidential campaign, it became apparent to Ray that he was capable of creating a better paid canvass program here in Nevada than any other campaign service company in the country. This knowledge was the inspiration behind the creation of The Grunt Work.
